data encryption, server authentication and firewalls, combined with our strict
internal security procedures and policies, are some of the security measures
that we employ to ensure that the User may use our Network Services securely

Privacy
We take all reasonable
precautionary measures to protect the User's personally identifiable
information from loss, misuse or unauthorized access. For more information,

Accuracy
The contents of PIB Network
Services is updated and reviewed from time to time in our endeavor to maintain
its correctness for the User's enjoyment and convenience.
Convenience
Our Network services are
provided primarily for the User's convenience. Towards this end, we are
constantly innovating and creating new and exciting products and services so
that we may serve the User better.
The
User's Obligations
As a user, the User plays an
important role in ensuring the security of PIB's Network transaction sessions.
To secure the information
transmitted between the User's personal computer and the PIB's Network Service,
the User will need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape
Communicator or Navigator 4.7 or higher with 128-bit encryption. Encryption is
a mechanism of transmitting data in a secure way, where the data is encrypted
using a key (this key is provided by a Certificate Authority (CA)).
To protect the privacy of the
User's information, the Users are advised to remove the cache information using
the steps provided below.
Authentication
The User's Login ID and
Password will be used to authenticate the User for our Network Services during
logins. To ensure the integrity of the User's Login ID and Password, the Company
advises the User to periodically change the User's Password and under no
circumstances should the User reveal the User's Password to anyone. The User
should not disclose the User's Password to the Company's personnel even if
requested to do so.
When selecting a Password, do
not associate the User's selected Password with anything personal such as
names, birth dates, phone numbers or other familiar words found in the
dictionary.
Account Locking
Attempts to impersonate valid
users are locked by the Company's system after three (3) incorrect sign-on
attempts.
Automatic Log Out
If there is inactivity of
three (3) minutes during Network session, the Company's system will
automatically log the User out of the system. The Users are then required to
re-login.

Steps To Protect The
Privacy Of The User's Information
The following are the
necessary steps to remove Internet Explorer 5.0 cache information:
1.
Select "Internet Options" from the
"Tools" menu of the browser.
2.
In the "General" tab,
-
Press the "Delete Files" button in the "Temporary Internet Files" subsection.

In the Delete Files pop-up window,
select "Delete all offline content" and press
the "OK" button.
-
Click the "Clear History"
button in the "History" subsection.
-
Press on the "OK" button in
the pop-up window.
3.
Click on the "Content" tab located
alongside the "General" tab.
4.
In the "Content" tab section, press the "AutoComplete"
button.
5.
In "AutoComplete Setting" pop-up
window, clear all the check box and press the "OK" button.
6.
To complete setting, press the "Apply"
button located at the bottom of the "Internet Options" window.
The following are the necessary steps to remove Netscape Communicator or
Navigator 4.6 cache information:
1.
Select "Preferences" from the
"Edit" menu of the browser.
2.
In the "Navigator" tab,
-
Press the "Clear History" button
in the "History" subsection.

In the "History" pop-up
window, press the "OK" button.
Click the
"Clear Location Bar" button in the "Location Bar History"
subsection. Press on the "OK" button in the pop-up window.
3.
Click on the "Advanced Cache" located
on the left side of the "Preferences" window.
4.
In the "Cache" tab,

Press the "Clear Memory
Cache" button.
-
In the "Memory Cache" pop-up
window, press the "OK" button.
-
Click the "Clear Disk Cache"
button located below on the "Clear Memory
Cache" button.
-
Press on the "OK" button in
the pop-up window.
5.
To complete setting, press the
"OK" button located at the bottom of the "Preferences"
window.
